regarding mp's receipts,,,
news was brought to us by the Commons leader, Harriet Harman, who thinks the Freedom of Information Act is wonderful as long as it doesn’t apply to MPs ’“The receipts then have to be redacted.”
She said that meant crossing bits out.
It wasn’t a cover-up, she trilled, as though Woodward and Bernstein were already on the case. “There is information on receipts which would not be right to be in the public domain,” she told us in a voice heavy with portent.
She told us all of this was costing £2 million.
“It is an expensive exercise,” she said, failing to add not nearly as expensive as the £87 million claimed by MPs in expenses and allowances last year alone.
hmmm,, not a cover up?
crossing bits out?
not right to have the information in the public domain?
it IS a cover up!
they WILL cross bits out!
and it IS right to have the information out here in the public domain.
ITS OUR FUCKING MONEY!
we have a right to know what we have bought you all.

The pound plunged to its lowest level against the dollar since 1985 on Wednesday, unemployment rose to a 10-year high of 6.1% in the three months to November and borrowing in the first nine months of the financial year doubled to its highest ever level of £71.2bn
that is some record of non acheivement we have there.
i will believe the record of acheivement is looking better 1 year after the labour party suffer a total loss in the next general election.
i know this is far fetched but,,,,
i think that screaming lord such would make a better impression on this country than brown,,,,
having said that,,,
