For Whom The Bell Tolls!

TUESDAY 6 JANUARY 2009
A DAY TO REMEMBER!

On that day, WOOLWORTHS closed down FOREVER!
it did not need to close.
it had debts of less than 400 million pounds.
it had over 800 stores nationwide.
it had 27,000 employees.
it traded in england for 99 years.
it was a NATIONAL INSTITUTION!

Brown could have saved it.
a cash injection to help it through the rough times would have sufficed.
but to BROWN, it was not important enough!

i HATE this country!
i HATE this government.
i HATE GORDON BROWN!
i wish he was DEAD!

so he thinks he is going to create 100.000 jobs does he?
well if he did, he has now got only 73.000 left and all in one fell swoop!

lets see what he is responsible for so far on the high street,,,

woolworths
zavvi
adams
USC (fashion)
passion for perfume
whittard of chelseaWaterford
Wedgwood, Royal Doulton
M.F.I

and there are more in the wings ready to fold.
thats more job losses.

and what of the jobs he is going to create?
well there must be a catch.
and there is!
the jobs he is "creating" are not in fact being created at all.
they are jobs that are allready there, he is just bringing them forward.
so, lets recount,,
how many jobs is he creating?
yup!
ZERO!

as "yazz! would say,,
the only way is up!
i am of course talking about job losses!
unemployment.

seems to be a trademark for the labour party.
get into power,
follow through on some of the promises,
forget the rest of the promises,
put the country in a bad debt situation,
blame it on someone else,
avoid an early general election,
lose the election once it takes place,
vote the conservatives in,
bring the country back up from the gutter,
have a few good years where everyone gets whats right for them,
mess up with a few plans,
labour once again takes advantage,
and sweeps into power with the smallest landslide on record.

then its "lets go round again!"

for fucks sake brown,,,

GROW THE FUCK UP!

TAKE A LOOK AT WHAT YOU DID YOU MORON!!!!!

End of an era as Woolies bids farewell

Date: 07 January 2009 WOOLWORTHS' remaining 200 stores have closed their doors for the last time, leaving more than 27,000 people unemployed.
The firm's 807 UK stores have been closing in stages since the end of December following clearance sales.
The last 200 stores opened for the final time following a one-day reprieve by the high street chain's administrator, Deloitte.
Woolworths went into administration in November with debts of £385 million and Deloitte was unable to find a buyer.
Deloitte is continuing negotiations to sell off individual sites, with stores in prime locations expected to be reopened by other businesses.
It has held talks with other retailers about taking on the leases of around 300 Woolworths stores and hopes to sell off the Ladybird children's clothes and Chad Valley toys brands.

WHAT A FUCKING WASTE YOU FUCKING LOSER!!!!!

GET A FUCKING LIFE!
