For the Attention of,,,,
Yourselves, & Mr Broooon!
Seems that Brown is Not so popular as he thought!
Not so long ago, Brown figured that he could do a better job that Mr Blair.
Without further ado, he set his sights on becoming P.M at the expense of Mr Blair and without being duly selected & elected by the British Public at large.
Now i will give credit where it is due, Browm was an excellent chancellor and single handedly turned the country around.
BUT!
By becoming P.M. (unelected) he turned the country full circle and steered the country right back up his own arse!
Now, as a result of that, we have to navigate through several tons of his shite!
He has had several warnings that his so called "leadership" was failing and it was time he gave up trying to do what he obviously was never going to achieve.
His warnings became VERY clear to all and sundry with the eruption of the "10p tax row" and his subsequent "U TURN" to reverse what he said he wouldnt do!
That in itself should have warned off the thickest twat in the buisness, but not him!
Then there were several other warnings, not least of which was the "crewe & nantwitch" by-election.
All the while these things are going on there is poll after poll which clearly states that the popularity of the labour party is in serious decline.
We have been witness also to several serious "drubbings" from opposition ministers during his "question time", which is also known here as "avoid the answer at all costs" time!
So now, since the Glasgow east by election result is in, will he take notice?
NO!
WILL HE FUCK!
The writing is on the wall for all to see!
People are of the same opinion where ever you go,,, they would all rather eat shit than vote labour while he is in charge!
And trust me, before he goes quietly we will indeed eat shit, but you can count on one thing for a fact,,, eating shit will not leave as bad an after taste as voting labour!

GREEDY BASTARDS!
Well,, here i am once again.Not been here for a while, but it seems i have something new to moan about,, HOWEVER,,,, i suspect i will not be the only one to moan!
Okay,, in a nutshell!
Wont work?Cant claim!
Exactly what does this mean for the ordinary man in the street?
Well,, it means that "possibly" the government is about to round up all fraudulent claim artists and boot them off the dole!
Good thing?
YES!
However,,, will it be a smooth operation?
NO!
WHY?
Cos along the way, thousands upon thousands of genuine claimants will suffer as a result!
Which ones? i hear you ask!
Well,, mostly the genuine sick and disabled,,, thats who!
There will allways be ways of people claiming benefits fraudulently.
Even now, probably as i type, the hardened thieves will be hard at work designing ways of making new claims!
Meanwhile, the genuine sick will be worried sick with the prospect of losing everything they need because of all the hurdles they will have to overcome just to get whats rightfully theirs.
first, they will have to get a well note to say they are not well.
then they will have to pass a test to see what they can do.
then they will have to see a doctor to assess their conditions.
then it will all go to a "decision maker!"
the decision maker will make their decision based on the fact that 1.000.000 people have to be off benefits by 2015 and supply negative decisions till they reach their targets.
if the benefit is denied, there is allways the "crisis loan" which takes about 3 months to get, thats if they give it to you, and then that has to be paid back from earnings or benefits.
there are no benefits, so it has to be a paid job which they reclaim it from.
but there are precious few jobs and there will be feweer soon due to the recession.
then the claimants who have been refused benefit and cant find a job end up out on the street cos they cant pay bills and rent with no money.
it just beggars belief!

Okay,,, I spent 17 years caring for a family member who had a terminal condition, and was not expected to live to her teens (in other words, she would never be 13) and i got her to her 17th birthday!
Now i care for my partner, who has crippling rheumatoid arthritis with suspected osteo under currents, she has a fixed knee with a very pronounced limp, painfull hips, painfull back, painfull ankles, hands which have swanned, dodgy shoulder joints, constant bouts of neck stiffness, general overall feeling of impending doom, inability to walk for any real distance, no strength in her hands/wrists/arms and cannot cook a meal without a microwave and some ready meals made of cardboard, and is on medication that causes hallucinations!
She does not smoke, drink, or do drugs!
Nor does she break the law in any way shape or form.
And she still cant pay her way!
her quality of life is so bad that its a wonder she has not topped herself.
LETS BEAR SOMETHING ELSE IN MIND TOO,,,IF the "state" were to look after her well being, it would cost between £500 and £2500.What do they pay us for her care?
OWT!
NOWT!
NOTHING!
SWEET FUCK ALL!

NADA!
So then, if we take a figure somewhere im between those figures,, we come up with,, £1,250
and for 52 weeks at that rate, we arrive at,, £65,000 for care and assistance with her condition.
Even if they paid her full D.L.A she would only recieve £5200 for the whole year!
Thats still a saving of £59.800 per year!
If you add on the income support of £6,500, it still only comes to £11,700,,, which is still a saving of £53.300
When you consider that her life is not worth living right now, and the fact that assisted suicide is against the law, plus in the future all benefits will be means tested and most likely will recieve a negative payout,,, she doesent really have much hope does she?
Compare these figures to those of the ministers in the stories above, and remember that its not us thats fucking the country up.
I supose the government have decided its time for us all to carry the can,,, while they live it up at your expense!

Death of a Star!
Over the years, we have been treated to some wonderfull sights.
We have also seen our fair share of horror too!
We have had good and bad times,,,,and times of complete indifference.
The same can be said for our political world.
we have all heard about Thathchers fall from grace,,
we all remember the Callagan years,,,
some of us even remember the Wilson years.
but now its different.
Now, we can see the fall from grace in real time and we dont have to be told stories about it like the old days.
We are seeing a once great star allmost ready to explode into infinity.
Most people who are likely to read this blog should be able to remember the last labour government and its fall from grace,,, and also the rise to power of Thathchers government, and its long reighn of power over this beautifull country of ours.
Then, from nowhere, along comes a new rose, a new reason to be proud, a new labour party with the emphasis on "new".
Centre stage then for Mr Blair.
All around him his allies.
A whole new approach to government, with a strong leader, and masses of willing loyal foot soldiers.
Swiftly into power with a landslide victory.
Swiftly out of office with heavy losses goes the Conservative party.
It was just that simple.
On with the show then, and Mr Blair leads with a firm hand and soon we are back on course for everything to be just right with a view to being even better that that!
For a while all goes smoothly, then iraq rears its head.
Not being a prime minister to run scared, Blair sends in the boys.
Flak comes from all quarters to protest at his decision.
Not even phased by that Blair effectively sticks up 2 fingers to the lot of them and tells them he believes its the right course of action.
Mostly, people do aggree with him, me included, but those who didnt aggree got more media coverage.
Blair didnt falter, not once.
He had strength at the forefront of his reasons,,, terrorism must not beat us.
Anyway, a few years down the line, another election win, and more flak from the media regarding iraq.
Again, Blair didnt falter.
In all the right quarters of the public opinion he was 100% in the right.
He was everything the people of this country voted into power.
Although the rot had set in between him and a few others in his cabinet, he plowed on and did what was right for this country.
Budgets were working and his ministers were behind him.
But then, something went wrong,,, one of his own people said he should resign office and pass command down to brown.
Personally, i thought that it would be a mistake for him to do that, and it would seem that i am not alone in those thoughts.
No way could brown do what Blair did.
He couldnt even come close.
Pressure mounted and eventually he did announce the date for his step down.
We all knew it was his biggest mistake.
Brown was best at being chancellor,, being P.M would be the downfall of not just him but the labour party too!
The step down and handover took place and things went downhill from there.
Budgets were weak and failed.
The P.M was weak and he was failing too.
The death of the Labour party star was in full flight,, nothing would stop it now.
All that could possibly happen would be for Brown to help it along to its final spark.
And he certainly did that.
10p tax, Car tax, Benefits being withdrawn from 100% genuine claimants, need i go on?
Strikes, more strikes, stabbings, rising crime rates, rising food prices, rising oil prices,,,,
Its a living record of how NOT to run a government.
i am just an ordinary person, i am not in government, i am a full time carer.
But, logic tells me that if he were to remove 30 pence from a litre of petrol, he would probably rake in MORE tax from it because we would use more of it.
Same with cigarettes, reduce the tax and we will buy more.
Personally, i buy my tobacco from the back of a lorry!
£5 for a 2 ounce pack?
or £12 for the same but with tax on it?

i am just an ordinary person, i am not in government, i am a full time carer.
But, logic tells me that if he were to remove 30 pence from a litre of petrol, he would probably rake in MORE tax from it because we would use more of it.
Same with cigarettes, reduce the tax and we will buy more.
Personally, i buy my tobacco from the back of a lorry!

or £12 for the same but with tax on it?
